The Next Generation in Termite Control
Today consumers are aware of the potential risks associated with the use of highly toxic pest control methods. We now ask ourselves if the risks outweigh the benefit? What possible affects does the continued use of highly toxic chemical technologies pose to our water, air, land and most importantly, our children? It is up to all of us to make responsible choices involving pesticide usage.Xtermite, Inc., members of the pest control industry and the leading experts in Structural Integrated Pest Management (S-IPM) offers the consumer alternatives to the conventional termite control methods. With new techniques at our disposal, we can now offer our clients a new generation in termite control.
XT-2000 Orange Oil Plus® (D-Limonene) is 95% pure orange oil.  XT-2000 Orange Oil Plus contains no inert ingredients and is a by-product of citrus, natural in origin and a non-petrol product.  XT-2000 Orange Oil Plus is the newest, most environmentally responsible and effective local treatment available today!

D-Limonene permits us to rid your structure of drywood termites without creating a potentially dangerous situation for your homeowner’s and residents, their families, pets and plants.

It is 100% biodegradable. It is applied by injection into the termite infested wood members. D-Limonene achieves the highest degree of saturation into the wood. Xtermite, Inc. is excited to offer this product to the Southern California Region.

Tim-Bor is Disodium Octoborate Tetrahydrate (soap salt water solution). As a preventative wood treatment, Xtermite, Inc. applies Tim-Bor on untreated wood such as the wood found in attics and garages; it is absorbed and serves as a termite barrier and repellent.
Tim-Bor is a slow acting agent and can penetrate deep into wood members over a year’s time, and will remain an active residual when the wood is protected from weather and the elements. Termites swarm during the warmer months of the year; it is at this time that they swarm most frequently to untreated wood.
IMAXX Pro the first non-repellant liquid termiticide with a unique mode of action to control even the toughest subterranean termite infestations as proven over an 8-year study and 80,000 plus homes.

Through a process called “Lateral Soil Movement (LSM)” IMAXX Pro spreads in all directions helping ensure thorough soil coverage with no gaps. IMAXX Pro is odorless, and has low toxicity toward people and pets. You do not have to leave the home.

Nematodes are microscopic, non-segmented worms, which lack appendages and occur naturally in the soil. They are considered one of the most abundant groups of living animals, and although morphologically they are very simple, they have exploited a wide range of diverse habitats. The nematode acts as a parasite to subterranean termites. It enters the host through anybody opening and releases symbiotic bacteria, which infects the termite, resulting in elimination. Nematodes are applied to the soil by trenching, roding; slab injection and low pressure broadcast spray. Nematodes are safe and effective method of subterranean termite elimination and are totally harmless to plants and people – so safe that they are exempt from the Environmental Protection Agency registration.
Boric Acid is a mineral dust recognized as being safe and is generally used in eyewash applications. Boric Acid is used in the industry as an alternative method of termite elimination. It is puffed into the channels made by drywood termites, resulting in the killing of the termite colony. Boric Acid is a slow acting agent and can take up to two (2) weeks to achieve affective elimination. Xtermite, Inc. uses Boric Acid as a preventative wood treatment and not a method of termite elimination, due to the delayed elimination.
