Our X-Press™ Escrow Termite Inspection Service For Southern California Residents
With one phone call, an escrow inspection anywhere in San Diego, Orange, or Riverside County will be scheduled. A Separated Wood-Destroying Pests and Organisms (WDO) report (Sections 1, 2 and 3) will be faxed immediately to the escrow company, owner, and Realtor, and followed up with a hard copy in the mail.
A termite clearance can be provided upon completion of the termite treatment (if any) and any necessary corrective wood repairs (each ownership transaction differs, please consult with your escrow professional for clearance requirements.
The cost is billed to the escrow company. The buyer has a one-year service guarantee on the entire structure. The seller has peace of mind, knowing there will be no foot traffic on the roof and grass and plants will remain green and alive. Buyers (and neighbors) appreciate that!
As an existing customer, under warranty with Xtermite, Inc., Should your property go into escrow and a Termite Report is required, Xtermite, Inc. will perform the inspection. Any termite infestation found will be treated under the existing service warranty at no additional cost.
